Reflection on Practicals

  • Great cooperation
    Eg: one person did the dishes, one dried and one packed

  • Time management to get an overview of what we are doing

  • What we didn't do right was cut the chicken in half, cook it, then shred it (as stated on the recipe)

  • Patties were cooked all the way through

  • People weren’t doing the same amount of work as others

  • Communicate with each other

Observations:                          

Colour: we had a medium brownish colour, there were also glimpse of pink in there as well.
 Presentation: wasn't that bad, I mean it did look good but taste wise it was bland.
