Compare and Contrast
Evaluation of both pictures using CRAP:
So the picture on the left was the original one. I didn't really like it that much because of the border that surrounds the top and bottom of the page. I think that the spacing of the text was a little too close. Things I did like was the colour choice. It wasn't extravagant but more so subtle. The second picture was the changes I made from the original was the border and the spacing. I found another border that covers all four corners of the page and also spaced each section of text more. I decided to do a neutral tone for the background, but in saying that preferred the subtle pink one.

A - Alignment
P - Proximity
The CRAP acronyms are used to ensure that you follow marking criteria when assessing your work to make sure that you have all elements. This is very critical if you are wanting high marks when doing this on publisher.
This was used to guide us with creating business card as an example. We also used this to assess the brochures that was created. This became crucial with creating the brochures because we had to make sure that everything was aligned with each other. We also had to think about the colour palette and how that contributed to contrast. You can't have to shades of blue because that wouldn't give what your creating much effect.

In relation to the CRAP acronym, the first business card shows a great alignment with the text on the card. It also has a great colour contrast showing light an dark features. The second business shows the proximity between the different text displays and placement.
